PRIVACY POLICY UNDER ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR)

1. Introduction

You are using this form to contact Coesia S.p.A. (“Coesia”) or one of the companies (“Company”) belonging to the Coesia Group, of which Coesia is the holding company. Depending on whether you are contacting Coesia or the Company, the data controller will be Coesia or the Company, respectively. If you contact the Company, your data will also be processed by Coesia as a joint data controller. By ticking the checkbox below, you consent the Company and Coesia to send you marketing communications and assess your interest in the products, services and activities of the Company and/or Coesia. Below you will find key information regarding the data processing, which you can explore in more detail by consulting the Privacy Policy.

2. Purposes

In particular, Coesia and the Company process the personal data you provide filling up the form, for the following purposes:

a. collect identification and contact data for registering your attendance at the event organized by Coesia or the Company and/or reply to queries concerning the Coesia/Company activities and/or your contractual or pre-contractual relationships with Coesia and/or the Company;  

b. send to your email newsletters of informational, promotional and advertising nature and/or other content related to the activities of the Company and/or Coesia for direct marketing purposes;  

c. analyze your interaction (“Insights Data”) to materials sent by the Company or Coesia for marketing communication purposes above in order to assess your interest in the Company’s and Coesia’s activities and send you information based on your interests.  

3. Legal Basis

The data processing under letter a. above is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract between you and Coesia and/or the Company. The data processing under letters b. and c. is based on your consent, without prejudice to the fact that Coesia and/or the Company may process your data to send you commercial and promotional communications relating to products/services already provided or purchased (so-called soft spam), based on their legitimate interest.

4. Data retention period

Data processed for the purpose referred to in point 2.a are retained for the time necessary to respond to your request; however, when personal data are processed as part of pre-contractual measures, Coesia and/or the Company may retain your data for the entire duration of the pre-contractual phase, unless a new legal basis arises (e.g., performance of a contractual obligation). Data processed for the purposes referred to in points 2.b and 2.c are retained until consent is withdrawn or an objection to receiving such communications is submitted, without prejudice to any applicable retention periods.

5. Data sharing purpose

The Company may share your personal data with Coesia Group, as set forth in point 1, for the purposes described in the relevant paragraph. You can give your explicit consent, where necessary to process your data, checking the following box.

a. raccogliere dati identificativi e di contatto per registrare la tua presenza agli eventi organizzati da Coesia o dalla Società e/o rispondere alle richieste di informazioni relative alle attività di Coesia/della Società e/o instaurare rapporti contrattuali/pre-contrattuali con Coesia/con la Società;  

b. inviarti newsletter informative, promozionali, commerciali e/o altri contenuti relativi all’attività della Società e/o di Coesia per finalità di marketing diretto  

c. analizzare le tue interazioni (“Insights Data”) con i contenuti inviati dalla Società o da Coesia al fine di valutare il tuo interesse per le attività della Società e di Coesia e inviarti informazioni basate sui tuoi interessi..  

3. Base giuridica

Il trattamento per la finalità di cui al punto a. del punto precedente è necessario per eseguire misure contrattuali o pre-contrattuali tra te e Coesia e/o la Società. I trattamenti per le finalità di cui ai punti b. e c. sono basati sul tuo consenso, fermo restando che Coesia e/o la Società possono trattare i tuoi dati per inviarti comunicazioni di carattere commerciale e promozionale relative a prodotti/servizi già erogati o acquistati (cd. soft spam) sulla scorta del proprio legittimo interesse.

4. Tempo di conservazione dei dati

I dati trattati per il raggiungimento della finalità di cui al punto 2.a sono conservati per il tempo necessario a darti riscontro; tuttavia, quando i dati personali sono trattati in forza di misure precontrattuali, Coesia e/o la Società potranno conservare i tuoi dati per tutto lo svolgimento della fase precontrattuale, salvo che intervenga una nuova base giuridica (es. esecuzione di un obbligo contrattuale). I dati trattati per la finalità di cui al punto 2.b e c. sono conservati fino all’eventuale revoca del consenso o comunicazione di rifiuto a ricevere le comunicazioni, fermi i termini di conservazione applicabili.
